SEELEY AND SUEKUNI IN FINAL (AGAIN)
The 2004 World Championship Final will be contested by Ben Seeley of the USA and Makoto Suekuni of Japan and is therefore a repeat of last year's Final. Seeley however is strong favourite to retain his crown after demolishing Germany's Andreas Hoehne in a very-much one-sided semi-final. Suekuni showed the same distinct lack of ruth in his semi-final against American Brian Rose.
Semi-final results:
BRIAN ROSE (USA) 21 17
MAKOTO SUEKUNI (Japan) 43 47

ANDREAS HOEHNE (Germany) 10 11
BEN SEELEY (USA) 54 53
USA TAKE TEAM TITLE.
Team USA consisting of defending World Champion Ben Seeley, former World Champion Brian Rose and Eddie Williams have won the World Team Championship with one round to spare, thus ensuring their fourth title in five years.
